Can we order multiple taonga for a group or team?
Yes. We regularly supply sets of taonga — such as toki or koru pendants — for graduating classes, teams, staff groups or event participants. You can choose from our range of classic pendant designs, and we’ll work with you on timing, packaging, and any presentation extras you need.
Do you create custom pieces?
Absolutely. We offer bespoke designs for special occasions, one-off awards, and high-value recognition pieces. These can be sculptural works or pendants, and are often presented on custom timber or metal bases with plaques. Custom pieces are priced based on design complexity, size, and the type of pounamu used.
Where is your pounamu sourced from?
Our pounamu comes from the West Coast of the South Island, with many pieces sourced from historic claims in areas such as Rimu (Seddon Terrace) and Marsden. We honour the Moreton family’s legacy and work in line with Ngāi Tahu’s guardianship and cultural protocols.
Can the taonga be certified by Ngāi Tahu?
Yes, many of our pieces can be issued with a Ngāi Tahu Pounamu certification, confirming the stone’s provenance and ensuring it has been sourced according to iwi protocols. Not every piece is certified (depending on the source and purpose), but we’ll advise you on which items can carry certification.
Can we customise the packaging?
Yes. We offer a wide range of presentation options, including birch boxes, kraft card boxes, and custom-made rimu boxes. Engraved plaques can be added to wooden or steel bases, and we can include branded printed cards inside each box. Further customisation is available for larger orders.
How do we place a large or custom order?
Use the quote form on our product pages or visit the Contact page to get in touch. We’ll guide you through your options, pricing, and timelines. Our Business Development Manager is available to assist with large or complex projects.
Do you ship throughout Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally?
Yes, we ship both nationally and internationally. Delivery timeframes will depend on the size and complexity of your order. We’ll confirm estimated delivery when quoting.
Can you include a message or card with each taonga?
Yes. Many clients include a printed multi-fold card that explains the meaning of the piece or carries a message from their organisation. We offer in-house design and print services or you can provide your own file to our specifications.
How long will my order take?
Standard pendant orders can often be completed in 2–3 weeks. Custom or sculptural pieces may take longer depending on the design and material. We’ll give you a clear timeline once we know your requirements.
Can I view some examples of your corporate gift range in person?
Yes, we have recently opened a new showroom in Ōtautahi Christchurch for our corporate gifting clients. You are welcome to make an appointment and we can go through all of the taonga options that are available, as well as showing you the packaging and presentation and other samples.
